Refund/Cancellation Policy

Please let us know if you experience an issue with any item purchased from Carter PTA, and we will do our best to make it right.

Physical Items: Refund or exchange requests must be made within 30 days of the date the item was distributed or made available for pickup. After this 30-day period, the PTA may be unable to accommodate refunds or exchanges.

Pre-Ordered Spirit Wear: Because pre-ordered spirit wear is purchased specifically based on the selections and sizes requested at the time of order, pre-ordered spirit wear is not eligible for exchanges or size changes. Please carefully review your size and item selections before submitting your order.

This policy applies to all physical items purchased through Carter PTA, including yearbooks, spirit wear, and other merchandise.

PTA Memberships: All PTA memberships are non-refundable.
